Layla got her first haircut today (thanks to Aunt Sue!). Here she is showing off how good it looks. She's also pretty excited about our Christmas tree, my first one ever as an adult. (Bah, humbug!)

Man....she gets cuter everytime I see her...and I didn't even think that was possible! You've seriously not had a Christmas tree since you've been an adult? I'm shocked! Tsk-tsk!! HaHa!
